feet of industrial, office and retail properties across the United

hundreds of equipment transactions on four continents.

investment process: acquisition, asset management, leasing, construction
management, planning, zoning, community issues, equipment sales
and removal, environmental matters, legal, accounting, financing

successfully closing billions of dollars in real estate transactions

loans, de-leveraged requirements and general distressed real estate

Asset Management
HCP is skilled at asset management - from
leasing and property maintenance to complex construction, zoning
and environmental planning. Both strategic and tactical, our approach
is designed to meet the investment goals of the property while providing
the hands-on attention needed for managing the assets day to day.
Because we target value-added investments,
we frequently are involved in major renovations to reposition assets.
When such projects are large and complex, we place a dedicated team
at the property level to ensure optimal performance.
