Asset & Property Management

Hackman Capital's asset and property management team works to optimize each property's value. Services include strategic planning, tenant re-negotiations, lender reporting, investor reporting, loan workouts, tax appeal processes, contractor selection and coordination, government relations, oversight of architects and developers, preventive and predictive maintenance, operating and capital budget preparation, accounting and financial reporting, tenant relation and retention plans, management and negotiation with leasing and sales brokers.

Construction & Development

With our construction and development group we provide support and consultation, management of ground-up, leasehold, and capital improvements and risk management. We also manage tenant improvements, planning and costing, and budget analysis.

Hackman Capital's leasing and marketing services are designed to procure new tenants through proactive strategies. Our in-house marketing department provides tailored services based upon an individual asset's needs, and services range from enhancing broker marketing activities to designing and implementing cross property national campaigns. Leasing-focused services encompass lease negotiation, lease administration, lease reports, broker relations, competitive market studies, and comparative market analysis. Our marketing capabilities include situation analyses, target market identification, branding, property tool kits, brochures, photo shoot coordination, property listings, integrated marketing planning (online, email, incentive campaigns, public relations, economic development outreach), community and government relations (identify relationships, coordinate cross-marketing initiatives, procure feature stories, develop lobbyist relationships, and provide dedicated assistance with accessing public resources).
