Fong Ly

Vice President of Acquisitions

Fong Ly is Vice President of Acquisitions for Hackman Capital. She is responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring potential investment opportunities for Hackman Capital.

Since joining Hackman Capital in 2004, Fong has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of over 14 transactions totaling in excess of $600 million. She directed the underwriting, due diligence and financial modeling for two of Hackman Capital's major value-added investment acquisitions: the National Industrial Portfolio, which comprises of 32 properties located across seven states, and the Florence Industrial Center, a 423,581 square foot industrial property situated on 95 acres of land in South Carolina. Fong is also responsible for iterative valuations and disposition plans on existing investments.

Fong has her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
