Juan joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2017 and oversees the accounting functions and financial reporting for all of the company’s managed entities. In this role, Juan supports management with financial reports for internal and external reporting, including reporting to investors and lenders.
Juan has more than 20 years of real estate accounting experience. Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Juan worked at Douglas Emmett, Inc., where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting of several real estate funds and served as the company’s treasurer. Prior to Douglas Emmett, Juan worked at Colony Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for several real estate funds. Juan received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the California State University of Long Beach (CSULB) and his Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
