Larisa joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2017 and manages construction projects, overseeing entitlement planning, pre-construction management, contract administration, construction schedules, budgets and project proformas.
Her most recent construction project was the redevelopment of The Culver Studios, which completely modernized the lot, more than doubling its size, for Amazon Studios. She also worked on The Culver Steps, a 1.16-acre mixed-use , ground-up development, adjacent to The Culver Studios.
Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Larisa worked for a general contractor in Portland, Oregon, managing construction budgets, tracking schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and analyzing job profitability in addition to managing client deliverables and costs.
Larisa has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Washington and began her career as an aerodynamicist, calculating aerodynamic loads for commercial aircraft engine components.
