Mike started at Hackman Capital Partners in 2014 and is responsible for the construction of projects in the Western US. Mike most recently completed construction and development of 5500 Jefferson, which he managed in-house, and is now overseeing construction on The District El Segundo.
Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Mike worked for leading commercial real estate development companies, spearheading mixed-use, office, retail, and land development/construction projects throughout Central California. As part of the senior leadership team he provided due diligence information and feasibility analysis of potential acquisitions, both land and existing properties, including property condition, entitlement probability, financial and market analysis, initial product identification, environmental studies, engineering and land use studies. Mike began his career working for a nationally recognized general contractor. He holds a General B Contractor’s license and a CA RE Sales License. Mike graduated from California State University Fresno with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate Urban Land Use.
