Aurèle Gouy joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2025 as Vice President of Asset Management for the Studio Fund. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate asset management and development across the U.S. and Europe, Aurèle now contributes to the performance strategy of Hackman Capital’s global studio portfolio.

Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Aurèle served as Vice President of Asset Management & Development at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), where he led strategic repositioning and development initiatives across multiple flagship retail portfolios. Over the course of his career, he has managed assets totaling more than $15 billion in value. He played a key role in integrating U.S. asset management practices following the Westfield acquisition and in developing mixed-use strategies to unlock long-term value.

Aurèle began his career in Paris through URW’s International Graduate Program, progressing through leadership roles in both France and the U.S.

Originally from Paris, Aurèle holds a Master’s in Finance (Magistère) from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and is a graduate of the Master in Management (Grande École) program at ESSEC Business School.
