Adeena has more than 20 years of experience in community building, dispute resolution, event planning and organizational management in for-profit, nonprofit and government arenas. Upon graduation from college, Adeena worked as an educator and administrator at the American Jewish University. She has since served as a City Council Deputy, Policy Analyst, and Deputy Chief of Staff for a variety of LA City elected officials as well as serving as an External Relations Coordinator for the Bureau of Street Services. She was a vital asset for the Los Angeles based for-profit BSC Management as a senior manager handling a diverse set of medical and surgical client portfolios. She has worked for two nonprofits aimed at improving the resources and skills available to school aged children, primarily in marginalized communities.
Adeena has a BA in psychology from Pitzer College and received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University. She is a resident of the San Fernando Valley and loves spending time with her kids and passing onto them the values of helping others as her parents and grandparents did for her.
