Since inception, HCP has invested in a total of more 330 properties, representing approximately 37 million square feet2 across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The firm has a successful history of embracing thematic investment strategies, with a legacy of developing studio-media campuses, creative office, industrial, and mixed-use real estate in Southern California. Today, HCP is the industry’s largest owner and operator of independent film and television studios and related media facilities globally.
