Fong has been with Hackman Capital Partners since 2004 and has contributed to the evolution of the firm from its early days of buying and selling industrial properties and equipment through development of its studio and media platform. Fong currently heads the Finance team which supports the management of the company’s investments with financial modeling and analysis, interest rate hedging and debt agreement management, deal closing mechanics, and internal and external reporting, including fair valuation of investments, fund and investment performance track records and due diligence and data requests from investors.
Prior to her current role, Fong worked in Hackman Capital’s acquisitions group and was involved in the acquisition of over 20 transactions totaling in excess of $900M. She directed the underwriting, due diligence and financial modeling for several of the company’s major value-add investment acquisitions. Fong received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
