Mike Racine

Executive Vice President — Asset Management

Mike joined Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2008 and oversees development, leasing and asset management for a portfolio of the company’s affiliate-owned projects. In his tenure with the company, Mike has successfully managed managed and sold assets of varying product types including office, retail, and industrial in markets across the United States. He has negotiated leases and forged relationships with high-profile companies including Apple, L’Oreal, Northrop Grumman, Sephora, Boeing, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.

Mike is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.  He is a member in good standing of the California Bar having received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University.  He maintains a California real estate brokers license and received his Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  He is a former board member of both the Culver City Chamber of Commerce and Culver City Education Foundation.  He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the El Segundo Economic Development Advisory Council and the Culver City Downtown Business Association.
