Dan joined Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2024 as the Executive Vice President of Construction. In this role, he oversees the company’s new development and redevelopment projects, as well as renovations to its existing assets.
Dan came to HCP as a Vice President from AECOM Tishman & AECOM Hunt, the construction divisions of the global engineering firm AECOM. During his time at AECOM, Dan worked on several HCP projects in preconstruction, including Television City, Radford Studios and 888 N. Douglas. Over the past 21 years, Dan’s construction experience includes hotels, casinos, office, higher education, sports facilities, high rise and low rise residential, research and medical facilities, and production studios. Dan has had leadership roles on projects totaling more than $17 Billion throughout his career.
Dan received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management from The Pennsylvania State University. He is currently a licensed general contractor in the state of California.
