Executive Vice President — Asset Management

Hong started at Hackman Capital Partners in 2007 and manages assets on a national basis, having overseen more than 11 million square feet of space. Hong also has a central role designing and implementing company-wide asset management processes and procedures. Hong’s responsibilities also have included underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and comprehensive business plan development and implementation, from iterative valuations through disposition strategies.

Prior to joining the company, Hong worked for 10 years as a Financial Analyst for Coca-Cola Enterprises where he focused on division performance, risk and opportunity analysis, financial modeling and business plan development. Hong graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration.
