Hong started at Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2007 and and is experienced in managing assets on a national basis, having overseen more than 12 million square feet of industrial, creative office and lab space. His role in managing these types of assets include underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and comprehensive business plan development and implementation, from iterative valuations through disposition strategies.
Internally, he also plays a central role designing and implementing company-wide asset management processes and procedures.
Prior to joining the company, Hong worked for 10 years as a Financial Analyst for Coca-Cola Enterprises where he focused on division performance, risk and opportunity analysis, financial modeling and business plan development. Hong graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration.
