Stephanie joined Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2024 as Associate General Counsel, where she oversees legal matters and provides support on all legal aspects of the firm and its affiliated entities.
Prior to joining HCP, Stephanie practiced as a real estate transactional attorney for over twelve years. Stephanie began her legal career at Allen Matkins, where she worked for more than three years, followed by over nine years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Stephanie represented a diverse range of institutional and non-institutional clients, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, real estate funds, developers, financial institutions, REITs, and others. Her expertise spans a wide array of sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, development, construction, leasing, land use, restructuring, and asset management matters, across commercial, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and other asset types. In 2021, Stephanie also completed a secondment at the global real estate private equity firm Rockpoint Group, L.L.C.
Stephanie earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
