Zach joined Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2018 and serves as Asset Manager of the Firm’s Television City and Radford Studio Center assets. In his role, Zach leads the asset management function of these complex assets, which includes responsibilities associated with entitling, redeveloping, financing, and the accounting and operations of these properties: selecting and managing project consultants; design and site planning; community outreach and engagement; maintaining a complete set of accounts at each property and overseeing payments in accordance with property treasury; developing project budgets and reconciling them to property accounts; pursuing and negotiating leasing opportunities; monitoring property debt and navigating all elements of capital markets transactions. Zach has also been integral to launching and growing the firm’s Changing Lenses initiative, which provides historically underrepresented communities with mentorship and job training opportunities in below-the-line production roles.
Prior to joining the Firm, Zach worked for Tishman Speyer in New York. Zach earned his BA in Economics from Yale University, his MA in Education Policy and Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and his JD/MBA from Harvard University.
