Myles started at Hackman Capital Partners in 2018 and manages, coordinates and advises on the legal aspects of the company and its affiliated entities, including corporate, acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, development, leasing and diligence matters.
Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Myles was a real estate transactional attorney with the international law firm Paul Hastings, LLP and represented private equity funds, REITs, developers and institutional investors in all areas of real estate, including, without limitation, the acquisition, construction and development, financing, restructuring, leasing, franchising, management and disposition of vacant land, multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hospitality and other commercial properties. Myles received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
